Position Descriptions

LBAs/BCBAs

​

When we post for an LBA/BCBA, we are seeking the following:

​

Behavioral Analysts employed by TCBT will be responsible for the following:

  • Independent work capabilities as pertains to client contact and scheduling

  • Independent completion of functional behavioral assessment

  • Development of individualized treatment planning and curriculum as pertains to reduction of problem behavior and acquisition of needed skills (as appropriate)

  • Implementation of treatment plans

  • Staff and Family training regarding implementation of treatment plans

  • Supervision of RBT/Paraprofessionals employed by Tri-Cities Behavioral Therapy

  • Ongoing supervision of both staff and families to ensure quality and consistency in treatment

  • Monitoring individual goals based on measurable objectives and updating those goals as mastery criteria is achieved

 

     Behavioral Analysts will be required to work in varied settings and under varied circumstances. They must be able to adapt communication and training style to meet the needs of the clients and related staff. Behavioral Analysts must be able to problem solve quickly, as needed. Our BCBA's/LBA's work with individuals with age ranges from two to eighteen years of age. Each employee of Tri-Cities Behavioral Therapy must have reliable transportation and an excellent work ethic.

RBT/Paraprofessionals

 

When we post for RBT/Paraprofessional employees, we are seeking the following:

 

Behavioral Techs (RBT or Parapros)

 

Behavioral Techs employed with TCBT will be responsible for the following:

  • Independent work capabilities as pertains to client contact and scheduling

  • Independent completion of clinical notes and data recording

  • Implementation of treatment plans designed by the supervising Licensed Behavioral Analyst or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.

  • Assessment of progress made on current objectives according to recorded data

  • Implementation of evolving and progressive objectives according to recorded data

     Behavioral Techs will be required to work in varied settings and under varied circumstances. They must be able to adapt communication and intervention style in order to meet the need of the clients. Behavioral Techs must be able to identify anomalies and changing patterns in response to treatment. They may work with individuals ranging in age from two to eighteen. Each employee of Tri-Cities Behavioral Therapy must have reliable transportation and an excellent work ethic.

Current Job Opportunities

 

     Tri-Cities Behavioral Therapy is seeking RBTs and Paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Experience serving children with disabilities is preferable with mandatory training required upon employment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent minimum. Bachelors degree or working toward a degree is preferred. Candidate must be interested in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
