Policy on Use of Cameras at TCBT

In an effort to provide better quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, Tri-Cities Behavioral Therapy (TCBT) will begin using closed circuit cameras in the therapy rooms in our clinical office setting.  There are two main purposes for these cameras:

1.       To allow LBAs/BCBAs video access to observe therapy sessions when RBTs are working with our clients, thus not changing the child’s behavior by having a supervisor in the room

2.       To allow families a chance to view the therapy sessions upon request, so that they may learn techniques and see the work their children do while they are in therapy

IMPORTANT: There will be NO RECORDING OR STILL PHOTOS taken during the sessions, this is only a means to view a therapy session outside the individual therapy room.

Please check the correct box below giving or denying permission for your child to have their session conducted in a room with a camera.
