Conflict Resolution Policy

In the event of a consumer complaint, the family or client served will bring the complaint to Mary Smith, lead clinician, and business owner, at phone number (423) 737-8995 or email mary.tcbt@gmail.com.In the event that the complaint directly involves the business owner, parents may contact the Behavior Analysis Certification Board at http://www.bacb.com to file a complaint with this certification organization. 

All complaints will be documented, considered, and appropriate action will be taken.The family or client will be informed of the conflict resolution strategy once it is determined.
